FIRST CLASS FREE - Come Fly with Us! Moving meditation carries with it many benefits - it focuses attention on the body, and brings the mind to a tranquil state. There are many types of meditation used for different purposes such as awareness, concentration, release and Nikki guides you toward employing simple techniques using music, movement and breath to create feeling of harmony and balance.
Half of all proceeds will go towards building the Dreamtopia retreat. Our goal is to raise $100,000 in the next 12 months so we encourage everyone to join our classes and spread the word.
